Good afternoon,I am responding to [redacted] 's complaintWe do absolutely no local business in Missoula100% of our business is onlineTherefore, we do not have set business hours, nor are we required toJon C [redacted] had a family emergency which took him away from the business for a long time, and during that time he changed cell phone providers and his number changedI was unaware that [redacted] had dropped a purse by to have it fixedI believe one of the people from the business upstairs brought her down to ask Jon to fix her purse, which was not one of our productsHad I been aware of this, I would have immediately called her and returned it, as we DO NOT AND NEVER HAVE taken customer drop offs or repairs, unless it is of our own products.We are simply too busy with our online business to do thisI am sure it slipped Jon's mind as he was dealing with a death in his immediate familyI have contacted [redacted] and will meet her to drop the purse off, however, I am working right now, so we will have to find a time convenient for both of usThank you
