we had apt fire and was paying ins, they are charging 6000 in repairs to it , we stayed in home for 2 mths still unrepaired, we had an apt fire at [redacted], park west apt [redacted] sc in april 26 of 13. we haD BEEEN PAYING INSURANCE ON THIS APT THROUGH THEM, WE STAYED IN THE APT MONTHS BEFOR MOVING WHEN WE DID MOVE WE GOT BILL SAYING WE PWED 6000 IN DAMAGES DONE TO THE APT, WE HAVE PICT OF WHT THEY DID DO TO THE APT. THIS IS ON OUR CREDIT NEED HELP. Desired SettlementWE WANT THE MONEY THAT IS OWED TO US FROM OUR DAMAGES AND WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS MATTER TAKING CARE OF WE ARE UNABLE TO PURCHASE A HOME DUE TO THIS CASE .
