does all repairs here, everything is done in house and on siteThe customer agreed to that when he put the money downHe came back less than a week later to pay the remainder and take home the setWhen he called to let me know about the issue, I told him to bring it back in to the store for repairI thought maybe the lid had gotten dropped on itHe never came back and that was the last I'd heard from him until this complaintI tried calling him back and didn't get a responseAs the items still under warranty, if he brings it in we'll still look at it and try to repair it
