Park Val Apartments

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told to be out of the apartment on the 10th of January by [redacted] which was a Sunday the office was closed I turn the keys in on Monday morning to [redacted] at 9am also I was not late on the rent because I was not in the apartment any more so that's a lie that the keys were turned in on the 17th because they were turned in to [redacted] yes my wife was with me at the time we talk to the manager because I don't have a computer and [redacted] and my wife discussed a copy of the letter that was lost on their desk this is not the first time they have lost rent receipts and checks personal checks or anything in that office I have other tenants in the building that can verify that and also verify the unprofessionalism of the manager at that apartment complex also I paid the last of my utilities water sewer and trash when I wrote that last check at the time was $she deducted of that was refundable to me because my pet did not destroy the apartment that's where was deducted for the I don't owe them anything I've lived there for years I have no problem with the first manager which was [redacted] I had no problems with the second manager which was [redacted] but soon as [redacted] came that's when I did not want to renew my lease [redacted] was always nice and professional and for [redacted] to say that [redacted] didnt know what she was doing was an insult so I see I have to get an attorney and contact Channel News because this company is a fraud trying to get money from tenants they dont owe I was out of there on the 10th I also have a recording of [redacted] 's stating that I could leave on the 10th and she actually did me a favor.I pay for pet deposit was to be refunded to me after my lease was up Sincerely, [redacted] ***
