Review: After discovering a broken dryer leaked oil on (& ruined) an entire load of laundry, the proprietor first refused to acknowledge that his machine was at fault. Then, when confronted with evidence of oil residue, he noted that customers use machines at their own risk and that he was not liable for any of the extensive damage. Typically, one goes to a laundromat to clean clothes not soil them, so this was a frustrating experience.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed both for the cost of the laundering as well as reimbursed for the replacement cost for the ruined duvet cover.
