I have been living in Park Ridge Commons (PRC) apartment for than 1.5 years. I live in the ground floor and the residents living above my apartment are causing discomfort for me and my family. They jump around the house, run all day and even after 8 pm at night. I have complained to PRC Office for almost 20 to 30 times from the very beginning. However, they still make noise and jump and run around the house. I just have to move away from this place as soon as my lease expires.
