Park Port Canaveral

We paid for parking for our cruise and it was cancelled less than 12 hours before embarking. A message was sent to them cancelling. We contacted them via email twice as it was after hours and knew no one would be available via phone since outside of business hours. Email communication continued on our end with no response back from them. Finally took complaint to *** and asked others if have recieved money back and they also had no response back. Once the business saw the negative feedback someone finally reached out. Then we sent all of our information to them again regarding our reservation and finally recieved a confirmation back from a now 3rd party, Radisson Resort stating they put in for refund and would take 7-10 business days. We are now on day 11 and money has been deposited and no one on their end will answer or return a phone message.
