I researched the complaint and found the following: The property did undergo renovations and unfortunately there was some inconvenience to residentsThe upgrades were to provide better amenities for the residentsIn an effort to minimize the inconvenience the renovation was scheduled toward the end of the academic school year as it was expected to take a few months to completeThere are two side entrances and a back entrance off the fenced courtyard for residents as well as the front entrance, none accessible through an alleyAll entrances are lightedBoth a side entrance and back entrance are located on the second floor providing easy access for floors 2-4, to the parking garage and streetThe main office, lobby area, fitness center and six apartments are located on the first floor Courtesy officers services are contracted as well as onsite staff on call daily to assist residents The resident account shows no damage charges and the resident received a refund Susan COPERATIONS SPECIALIST
