On 7/28/16, we did ship replacement spikes on Order [redacted].  According to [redacted] tracking, the items were delivered today. It appears a refund is preferred to replacements.  The 30 day refund period has expired, however, we would be happy to extend a refund in the amount of $47.97 ($19.99 + $27.98 as noted on the receipts provided) as a good faith offer.  The replacements shipped and received need not be returned. replacement order, which shipped on 10/11/16 (Order [redacted]).  The order was shipped via [redacted] ground to comply with shipping regulations.  This was due to aerosol cans being part of the order.  After speaking with [redacted] again on 10/11/16, we learned that [redacted] had delivered part of the original order.  We advised her to keep those items and let her know the replacement order had shipped. Several emails were also sent explaining what occurred, and tracking numbers for the replacement order were provided.   These were dated 10/8/16, 10/13/16 and 10/17/16 (2).  These were responses to the emails received from Mr. Thomas. The items shipped on the replacement order are scheduled to be delivered by [redacted] by the end of today, 10/18/16. We will be happy to process a refund for this order as a courtesy.  All items already received and those that will be delivered today may be retained with our compliments.
