This customer unfortunately is stating complaints; as to firstly we offer great customer service to all our consumers as example we have over 400+ customers that took the time and commented on their good experience (via ***)Now like every business it is hard to satisfy all wishes of
customers and especially difficult complicated ones like this oneThis customer purchased vehicle may 28th and on June 5th plates and registration were already in the officeVarious calls with voicemails were left by her sales agentAnother statement said is that we disclose and inform every single detail of the vehicle history and sale transaction to every single customer (exclusively every consumer signs every single page of the full carfax report and autocheck)We are very straight and legit with the business we do still offering the best customer service as possible to every single customerThis customer has been very disrespectful and nasty with every single employee (to even taking pictures of management with threats - which has been reported to law enforcement)
