Park Place Custom Window Coverings Inc.

Review: I had a new patio door installed and Park Place agreed to remove my plantation shutters and reinstalled them. They removed the shutters on June 27th and agreed to reinstall them on June 29th but I have not been able to contact them since and the shutters have been sitting in my living room since. I have not paid them any funds because the agreement was it would be paid upon completion of the job. I tried to get several other custom window covering stores to assist but no one wants to handle work done by another manufacturer. I just want the shutters reinstalled.Desired Settlement: I would like them to return and reinstall their product, at no expense to me, as soon as possible. I would also like them to agree to pay any increased fees associated with a spike in my electrical bill due to my window being exposed to direct sun for the past month.
