Dear [redacted] ,Thank you for bringing your concerns regarding the ducks in the pool to our attentionWe strive to provide our residents with an exceptional living experience, to include ensuring all amenities are available for resident enjoymentOur goal is to have the ducks to migrate to the pond by using a humane approachWe have taken the following steps to ensure the pool is ride of ducks and up to code:-We had a representative from the health department come out and test the pool water to ensure we were in compliance with the health department requirements at the end of September.-We have partnered with out pool supplier to clean the pool more often.-We purchased a duck decoy at the beginning of October and placed it in one of the pools to deter the ducks, which successfully rid the pool of ducks.- We have now purchased decoys for all the pools and placed them in the pools as of today We feel confident that our actions will help to keep the ducks out of the pool areaIf you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] Monday through Friday between 9:a.mto 6:p.mThank you for your patience and concernsSincerely, [redacted] **Property Manager
