I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In order to be assured that the judgement/lien against us, as well as, any and all adverse/negative reports to the credit bureaus will be notified of this resolution, we require a letter in writing, on company letter head by both Supreme Security and their attorney's office [redacted], that must state the judgement/lien has been dropped/released, a letter releasing the lien, one that is formal for the court. A copy of said letter must also be sent to the court assigned to this matter. We request this to be completed within 5 business days. The close date on our home is quickly approaching and this letter and the evidence that the lien is released, must be in place before February 23, 2017. We wish to acknowledge Supreme Security and their representatives for making this resolution possible and completed.
