Park It

Review: I parked this morning at approximately 8:30am in the Park It facility on [redacted]. At the front of the garage entrance, in big letters, it displays a price of $8.45 for 12hrs as the Early Bird Special. I was ushered in, I handed over my keys, I told them I wanted the Early Bird Special. When I came back to pick up my truck around 5:00pm, I was told that the sign was inaccurate and the price would be $12.00 for 12hrs--a 42% increase from the advertised price. When I asked how long the change in price had been in effect, the person in charge told me it had been that way a long time. When I asked when they planned to fix it, he said they had no plan to fix it.Desired Settlement: The amount for myself is only $3.55 and that is manageable, but I live in this neighborhood and I don't want this deception to be the way that the people I live with or come to visit the people of my community are treated. I would like Park It's sign to accurately reflect their prices.
