After trying to explain to the customer why the deposit in question was not refundable, he would not listen to me and stormed out of the buildingI then decided to send a letter to him, explaining what the deposit was used forHe never asked me for the receipts for the repairs that had to be done to the room, however I do have them Also, as stated in our Admissions Agreement that was signed upon his aunt's admission to the facility, the deposit must be completed within months of the resident vacating the roomConsidering how much the repairs to the room cost and the fact that the customer did not contact me until over months after his aunt had vacated the room, we do not believe that a refund of the deposit is warranted
