Review: on 06/**/2013 around 1pm I came with my two daughters to "park city swim club" locatedat [redacted]. I paid the entrance fee to use the pool, and went to locker room to change my clothesThe lock on the door to the womens locker room was broken and I got locked inside the locker room for 40 min with my kids. there were no staff members downstairs where the locker room is located, nobody could hear us screaming for help, me and my daughter start getting claustrouphobic, kids were crying, getting pale. finally a male person was passing by and heard us screaming and opened the door for us from outside.after that incident we could not use the pool cause me and my daughter were under schock, I requested a refund at front desk, but it was denied and they refused to provide me with the name and phone number of management who operates the swiming pool in order to file a complaintDesired Settlement: 1. fix the lock on the entrance door to the women locker room.2. have a stuff member around or near by the locker room downstairs.(not only around swimming pool area upstairs)3. have some kind of escape or communication system for the emergency situation like that4.have to have a sign at the front desk area with the name and the phone number of the management or operating company who runs the pool in order to file a complaint about the service or other health issues

1) It was reported lock broke and 1 adult + 2 children were stuck in the locker room with the lights on.

2) They were out within 5-10 minutes.

3) They seemed O.K.

4) Lock was fixed the next day.
