We have a security protocol that give patrons the options to correct their behavior unless it is a situation that puts the venue, patrons, staff or artist at risk(Usually a fight or super aggressive behavior) In regards to a refund for the patron we have contractual obligations to the artist who come to the venue and do not issues any refunds how ever in this situation I am happy to credit the patron to a future show I hope this may help clear up this situationPlease let me know if I can be of any further help! Another desired resolution would be for the business to conduct legally and make sure they are at least responding to consumers who have issues in a timely manner
