Review: [redacted] sent his crew to Install a vinyl fence. Both fences look uneven because they did not level the ground.. When brought to his attention. He was very argumentive requesting additional payment to fix what his workers didnt do right in the first place. Before hiring, we discussed warranty for both parts lifetime and labor which is 2 years. Never was I told from the begining that the ground level would cost extra and that it would make my fences appear un even.. If the work was done right the first time, we would not have this issue however his workers were in such a rush during installment. Company guarantee and warranty is a Fradulent. I Do not Reccomend this company. It seems they have cuts corners to make a quick buck and forget to disclose important information to you from the begining such as how they wont level ground. Horrible experience. Please dont waste your money. I do not reccomend them. All terms in contract are fradulent.Desired Settlement: As requested, I would one side of fence fixed. So both fences appear even. I do not wish to pay extra for this as there is a warranty and his crew were at fault. It was an error on their part and it must be resolved by either a refund or simply fixing the issue at hand.
