My husband met with a sales person days agoHis credit card was run for $he was told to obtain his financesHe never signed anythingdays later, he decides he still wants to shop around, but wants his $backHere we go:
GenMan, toldHusband after a long back and forth:
Give him his measly $and get him out of hereThen looked at husband and said, by the way, I'm the general managerThere is more:
To my H: You wasted our timeI could have given you that car for grand - this is interpreted as patronizing and tauntingFinance guy to my H who just had surgery, questioning H during the debacle, "I thought you had surgeryShow me the scars."
Now on to the sales;
On test drive, he calls H's credit "damaged credit" without even knowing anything, giving you a glimpse of what they think of people who shop thereHe acted like he was giving H a deal by bumping up the price to $19, and saying he was then going to give it to H for $17,500, which is what the internet quoted anywayThere is a reason why my H never took this carBut we won't state what that isThe whole sales experience was weird from start to finist's okay to be weird, but this was just too crazy to want anyone to have to experience thatThis service was horrificThe fact that anyone goes out shopping and talked to the way that my husband was talked to is horrible, reprehensible, and unprofessional
My husband met with a sales person 3 days ago. His credit card was run for $100 he was told to obtain his finances. He never signed anything. 3 days later, he decides he still wants to shop around, but wants his $100 back. Here we go:

Give him his measly $100 and get him out of here. Then looked at husband and said, by the way, I'm the general manager. There is more:
To my H: You wasted our time. I could have given you that car for 14 grand - this is interpreted as patronizing and taunting.
Finance guy to my H who just had surgery, questioning H during the debacle, "I thought you had surgery. Show me the scars."
Now on to the sales;
On test drive, he calls H's credit "damaged credit" without even knowing anything, giving you a glimpse of what they think of people who shop there. He acted like he was giving H a deal by bumping up the price to $19, 000 and saying he was then going to give it to H for $17,500, which is what the internet quoted anyway. There is a reason why my H never took this car. But we won't state what that is. The whole sales experience was weird from start to finish. It's okay to be weird, but this was just too crazy to want anyone to have to experience that.
This service was horrific. The fact that anyone goes out shopping and talked to the way that my husband was talked to is horrible, reprehensible, and unprofessional.
Review: 3/11/2013 1998 Ford F250 4wd 5.4L P/U needed a profesional facility for a very rough running/mis firing/ lack of power issue (occured instantly) no stored computer codes to determine what problem was. (truck always well maintained by me form purchase (tune ups oil changes, brakes, shocks etc.)(due to not having diagnostic tools w/no engine codes,brought it to Park City Ford on 3/11/13)Truck needed spark coils, and plugs (only 22,000 miles on ones took out.) Repair done,got back old parts per my request. Truck ran better (not as well as before issue)Plus fuel mileage dropped. (thought it was removal of platinum plus plugs and standard Ford ones installed) I accepted this was how the truck was supposed to run and drove it. 4/21/13 same problem re-occurs and it goes back to Park City on 4/22/13 original work documented as re-checked along with the claim it was probably a sticking valve after removal of the valve cover(this appeared not done as claimed valve cover was still undisturbed dirty)Ford says I need a new engine at a cost of $6063.67.(Engine has only 100945 miles on, it (most auto Manufacturers warranty engines to 100,000!) Took truck for second opinion to a certified independent Mechanic, took one of my old coils and swapped it with new replaced one in cylinder with issue and truck runs excellent. picked it up 5/13/13 runs great. Called Park City about this spoke with onwer [redacted])about being scammed he was standing by his service dept documented repair order forms claiming they physically did everything they documented and it is still a valve issue that somehow instantly freed up and would come back, with no cost compensation offerd. Common sense question: How can Changing an electronically controlled coil 2X instantly correct a bad or sticking mechanically controlled valve? (probability next to zero of this occuring once let alone twice!!)NOTE on the repair orders from Ford service work is guaranteed for 90 days or 4000 miles that this issue complies with
