On the 26th of August we performed a pre-move out inspection with [redacted]Ms[redacted] had a dog in the apartment at the time of the inspection and dog feces were present on the bedroom carpetWhen we asked about the dog she
said it was her boyfriend's and it was only visitingMs[redacted] was told that she would be charged for cleaning, paint, final CUBS, and that we could not give her an answer regarding the carpet due to the fact that we have a 3rd party vendor inspect all units and tell us if the carpet can be cleaned or if it needs to be replacedI asked Ms[redacted] if she had additional question at the time of the inspection and she said noI have attached a few photos to demonstrate why we charged her for damages
