Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: 1) Professionally there was no responds from owner he never even made an attempt to call or was there is an apology or accepting their at fault or coming up with a cost to pay back for damages caused...
by them no checking or rechecking for leaks and sending vehicle out as it was.2) Professionally to replace a valve cover gasket you need to access where the spark plugs are and you would see oil which causes the damage that was caused by driving after they claim they professionally replaced the gasket and checked for all leaks. There was no new leaks however professionally this job was no done properly or was it rechecked for leaks. 3) Professionally they claim they flushed the coolant and replaced a hose. However accordingly to another mechanic the hose basically fell apart in his hand while checking for leaks from radiator, Also stated that the fluid didn't look fresh or replaced. So the hose or fluid wouldn't not go bad within 3 weeks. 4) Professionally there was no mention of any warranty or any that they wanted to or they needed to check the car again after driving for any other leaks. There was no more leaks however the oil from the leak that got into the spark plugs which they professionally should of caught and seen while replacing the valve cover. 5) The work preformed by D&K is questionable and professionally not to standards as sending out a vehicle without checking out all issues and making sure that they cleaned up all oil from the leak they supposedly fixed to avoid any more damage to vehicle and to properly check for other leaks. I am asking that the repair center D&K repay back the charges I had to pay to get the vehicle fixed as it was not drivable and had to have it towed to another shop due to the oil from the leak from valve cover they replaced and not clean or checked for leaks after they did said repair. Also the bad radiator and hose should of been caught during their professional inspection and checked after they did said work. A radiator and hose doesn't go bad within 3 weeks after being checked and worked on. So I hope that if you really think about it it makes one think how professionally is this repair center and sure makes me double check any repair shops work from now on as we take for granted that we take our vehicle to a shop hoping they will fix the problem and not do a careless job on your vehicle. Sincerely,[redacted]
