I responded to *** *** *** I was told she has a deductible I asked for something in writing that she does not have a deductible I did finally receive it.
Our representative with *** told us she would handle it and they would write
off what was not covered It was ***'s billing department that told us she had a deductible I have subsequently sent Ms *** a check for the amount she was charged - $
I have stressed to my staff that if labs are to go to *** that is where they must be sent We cannot depend on *** to hold up to their statements
