I hired MrMetzler to complete a fairly large job (repairing three chimneys)He completed most of the job then slowed down to a crawl on the last chimneyAfter several phone calls/text messages, he returned to "complete" the job and removed all of his equipmentHowever, the ash clean out door was not installed, there were cracks in the chimney cap, and when I looked down the flu, there was a large gap between the top two flu tilesI contacted MrMetzler who had someone come out and repair the cracks in the chimney cap (which have reappeared) and he made several promises to come complete the ash clean out and fix the flu tile gapHowever, this has still not been completed (job was mostly finished in March '17) months later and MrMetzler no longer responds to my phone calls or textsThis is, in part, my fault for not withholding money until the last issues were fixedNot a reputable companyDo not hire
