Review: We hired this company to open our pool on Wednesday, June **, 2013. According to the company's website, the service included removal of the pool cover, hooking up the filter, and adding chemicals. The company did a horrendous job in hooking up the filter, which included NOT connecting the grounding wire to the filter, which could have resulted in someone getting electrocuted. Also, the clamps around the hoses were not tightened at all around some hoses, resulting in leaks. Minimal chemicals were added, and we were left with a black pool. The service also included having the ladder hooked up, and the ladder was left dangling over the pool. We called back three times and wrote an email to the company about some of the problems. No one returned our calls, and then we finally got a hold of someone on the third try. We were told that someone from their company would be at our house on Saturday or Sunday, but they could not give us a specific date or time. No one showed up either day. We ended up having a relative come over our house to connect the filter properly.Desired Settlement: We would like our money refunded for the shoddy service.
