Park at Lake Magdalene

I have been living here for over 2 years the place has taken a total turn for the worst.I was promised new rugs when I moved in still waiting when I asked them they told me my rugs were almost 7 years old I thought the law was that every 5 years new rugs were to be installed. I was also told that the outside lighting of thE whole community would be fixed nothing yet if you go outside at night it's pitch black it's unsafe to even drive in here at night. There is trash all over back of complex maintenance is never told when something is wrong when I complained I was told they were gonna trespass me I recommended a few friends when I first got here but now I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy about here
