Our owner (Ryan S[redacted]) contacted the customer and the rv went out on delivery after the parts were received that were needed. There was definitely a miscommunication, the trailer was shipped at no charge which was promised, and the owner of Park-A-Way (Ryan S[redacted]) has been in contact with them since...

the trailer arrived. Customer let Ryan know that everything was good now.
