Park 79 Hotel

Review: The desk. Clerk was only supose to take one hunred ddollarss off my debit cardd. Innstead of entering that amount she eentered over 1400 dollars. I did not have that amount on thecard so it declined. When it declined it took what I had on there which was 131 dollars. I was with my mom so she ended up paying for the room in full whih was 688.00. I ccheccked my account online and it showed that the desk clerk had indeed taken the 131 dollars. I spoke to the desk clerk the next day the manager was not in. She saw where the mistake was made and said the transaction had been voided and I would get my money back in two business days. This has not happened. I called to speak with a manager twice. The manager is never in. I asked if I could leave my info so the managrr could call me back. I was sent to the managers voicemail and left a detailed message. I have not gotten a response. I also faxed a letter to the hotel with proof off the declined receipts and the voided receipts. I spoke with my bank they need some info from the hotel so I can be reimbursed.Desired Settlement: I just want the manager to contact me so I can get my money back asap. I was very unhappy with the hotel and I just want to b done with this.
