I am rejecting this response because:i do not think that they are addressing the fact that they ruined my property and I do not want to return to their businessThey are careless and unprofessional and I do not want anything else of mine ruinedMy cart and shoes were ruinedPlease explain why my things were stuffed into the cart in the first place? Why were they so careless?
