he staff is horrible!! I bought 6 tickets it was $46 didn't even get in to see the movie was standing in line for the kids snacks when I realized it was super hot, I couldn't breathe and then I noticed my son was having the same problem so I went back up and asked for a refund and handed the tickets back. The lady gave us a big run around saying she couldn't refund our money after being extremely rude and making us wait for atleast 15-20 minutes we then talked to her husband ( the owner) I have never in my life seen such a rude inconsiderate man in my life. He told me he wasn't giving my money back and that it wasn't hot in there. I'm sorry sir, but if my son and I cannot breathe in here it's freaking HOT! Refused to give me my money back, then threatened to call the cops on me because I was " causing a scene" when the fact of the matter was, I was being very reasonable until he raised his voice at me and threatened to call the cops on me then I left after he refused atleast 4-5 times to give me back my $46. Taking $46 from a hard working family is stealing! We didn't see the movie we didn't even go into the the movie at all! Please don't waste your money, I have also heard they over sell the seats and people have to stand and they still won't refund your money for that either. I am out $46 because of them, couldn't even take my kids bowling or anything because they kept my money for a movie we never saw. It was atleast 85 degrees in there at the time.","neg-1
