On FaceBook it was an advertizing of a skin product FREEafter several clicks notice somethin fishing,,called this company told the to cancel everythingNow after three months with two different charges monthly one $& $of two different companies.Hummm very suspiciousWrote them a letter today demanding full refund Never used the productAre sealed in my warehouse

Bought free sample of Parisian Glow and pay shipping only from ad on InternetBilled monthly for automatic shipment that was not ordered
On 20mayI ordered a free sample of Parisian Gold skin care product (2) ea and payed $each on my Visa credit card
A month later and each month since they have been sending me duplicate shipments that I didn't order and billing my Visa card for $each timeI didn't subscribe for this not did I approve it
I called their office after I saw the charge on my Visa billThey agrees t credit me for my last shipment only which was 8/26/The other month they wouldn't refund
On my Visa bill it's difficult to recognize them since the product is identified under different names each month so that you can't realize it's them charging youSometime it's listed as Surum other time it's listed as BeanskincreamAlways a different phone number
This is a Scam and I'm sure that many others have been taken by itAt this point I'm out $

My complaint is it very misleading, dishonest advertising
I gave been way overcharged and do not have the productsThey claimed to gave shipped the product, most of which I didn't even orderThe money is already gone

advertisingsigned up for a free trial was billed monthly and expensive!
Never got a free sample of the productThen I was charged $89.92, $and $for their products that I don't wantThey refused to refund the full amount and proceeded to send more and charge me again after I cancelled itThe first ch arged appeared on April 2, When I called my credit card company they showed more charges in May but I haven't received the statement yet so I cancelled the card and issues a dispute complaint with the credit card company

The Parisian Glow company charged my bank account even though I had refused receipt of the initial "free" day trial shipment
I was told by customer service that refusing the shipment was not an acceptable method of cancelling their "service." When I tried to cancel, there was no customer service number on the websiteOnce I found a phone number and called the customer service representative I spoke to was yelling over me when I was explaining that I had refused the initial shipment and wanted a refundShe (Rolanda) hung up on me times and called me backShe offered me a discount of 35% but when I spoke to a subsequent representative I was told that Rolanda's notes showed an offer of a refundTwice representatives from this company lied to me saying they were members in good standing of the Revdex.com

I was unwittingly enrolled in a subscription for product and unwittingly charged over $each for four products when I thought I was paying under $each or lessThe terms and conditions were not clearI never saw themThe product didn't do anything promisedA waste of money and a fraudI had no idea I was being auto enrolled and was charged $180+more than I agreed toThe company would accept return of product and would not give any refund

This company charges you for months of product without letting you knowThen they don't give you a refundMaking money from innocent people
I saw an ad online to try a face cream where you only pay for shipping - When I went to check out I had to get another face serum for alsoI decided to do it and found a few weeks later I was charged and for each one individuallyWhen I called I was told that I didn't call to cancel within days so I was chargedThey cancelled my account right away but wasn't going to refund me anythingI really complained and he told me since he was a supervisor he could give me 40% refundI got pretty angry and he said he could give me 50% refundI took it but told him I would be posting on Revdex.comThis company is making money from innocent people by overchargingSo now I paid around $for two creams that were supposed to be eachIt's ridiculous!

I signed up for a Free Trial of their creamI was charged shipping which I agreed to, but they added another item for $Then before that arrived, my credit card was charged another $for a magazine I didn't orderMy Chase card blocked the charge as SuspiciousWhen I found out later that I had "agreed" to $per month after the free trial, I called to cancelWas told to send back the free items and would be charged $"cancellation fee"! What a scam!!!

I signed up on facebook with Parisian Glow (face cream) for a sample, which I had to pay $ I paid this for shipping the sample on 3/20/ I finally received the sample on 4/6/Then on 4/3/17, my account with credit union 1, got charged $89.92, which was not authorized by me, I didn't even get to try to sample Now I don't want to open it, but it will cost me to mail it back As of today, 4/13/17, I have not received anything for the $I was charged for
I called the number that was on my account with both these charges on 4/5/17, the $and $89.92, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, a guy finally answered after about minutes, I told him I would like my $back because I did not authorize this charge I told him to cancel any future orders on my account, he said cannot help me but did cancel any orders, I asked for a cancellation # he gave me this #XXXXXXA2C9, I asked his name and address, he would not give it to me, I asked for his supervisor, he would not give it to me No

When ordered a 'free trial" it was not freeAfter weeks they charged my credit cardThe problem is that there was nothing on the packing slip, no phone number no other information in the box for me to know who to contactI got out my credit card statement to look for the number in order to callExtremely disappointed

On February 5th 2017, I saw an advertisement for the eye cream advertised on "Shark Tank" It advertised a day free trial for just the shipping price of $I decided to accept the trial and provided my credit card information to pay the shipping costI did not notice a faint light gray hyperlink that said "terms" at that timeThere were no check boxes or notifications anywhere suggesting that we use the hyperlink to see hidden terms of the transactionI noticed charges of about $each weeks laterWhen I inquired about these, I was told that the charges were described in the fine printThere was no fine print, just a hyperlinkParisian glow refused to allow any return unless the product was unopened and returned in days from when it was shippedI accepted the fact that I had been defrauded for $for a product that I did not want that was different than what I had orderedThen on March 20th, another $was charged and another box shipped that I did not w

ordered free trial product for shippingcharged for "membership" of 180.00!
Advertised for free trial size for payment of shippingordered NOWHERE did it say anything in ordering process about "MEMBERSHIP" for each at Received both small sample products in ONE (even though charge TWO shipping charges) small boxDID NOTHINGTotal fraudFake reviews and productdays later notice two charges for on my cardno number to call on box, so call number on bank chargeits a third party customer service centerthey said there was no customer service center for Parisian GlowSaid all they could do was cancel future "membership" chargesNothing else Said I had days to cancel, which also was NEVER shown on the purchase processSaid can't returned opened/used product Filed dispute with my bankFiles complaint with Consumer Protection BureauTHIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWEDAll charges, and especially anything about a "MEMBERSHIP" should be clearly marked

I took advantage of the free trial promotion not aware of monthly recurring charges of 90.00, and automatic shipment, I have been charged
I took advantage of the free trial, just had to pay for shipping, I provided them with my credit cardNot knowing they would auto ship and charge me each time, I explained did not want product I would send them unopened boxCustomer service representative advised all sales were final, he insisted giving me a discount not to cancel membership which I was not aware I hadHe finally cancelled future paymentsMy card has been charged

I ordered"Free" sample for and then was billed approx
I ordered a "free" sample and according to my records it was Feb When I called on Feb to cancel they claimed I was one day late I am being billed for the subscription They gave me a 35% refund as a courteousyI would like the full amount refunded

They did not state anywhere that the cream was for a day trial and that I would be billed $for it and every days after
On February I clicked a link to a face cream and I thought it sent me to Costco's site, but anyway and I ordered what I believed was a trial offer of a cream-paying only $s&hI scanned the site and no where was there any information about it being part of an offer or that I would be billed $after days and that I would receive a new bottle every days at that priceI ended up being allergic to the cream and set it aside and just forgot about it If I had known that I only had x-amount of days to send it back I would have contacted the company to send it back, but since I did not read any information indicating that, I did nothingI contacted the company on 3/28/and they told me I could not return the initial jar they sent me even though I only used it twice because I was past my 14daysI was also informed that a second bottle had

Requested samples and received full size products and was charged $

This product is bought on autoship but there is no way to cancel because they don't provide a phone number, & they don't acknowledge email
They refuse to acknowledge emails & did not cancel the autoship, & charged me for a new shipment

Miss leading offer with no information sent with product about no refundswill not return money for return of unused product
I order sample product for $and it was shippedI did not receive any information on having to cancel order to not be chargedOnce I received second shipment I wanted to return it and get refund, Company would have nothing to do with it, said they only do refunds with proper refund slipThey would not issue one to me because it did not fall into their category for oneIf I returned it, it would just be sent back to meI did cancelled future shipments at that timeI want a return of my $and $on second shipment and to return their product unused

BEWARE of the word TRIAL! They offer you to get the product for free if you only pay shipping What they don't tell you is that they sign you up for a monthly subscriptionAnd they automatically charge you for the "free" product days from the day you made the order This is not enough time to determine whether or not you like the results, or have any results at all THEY DON"T OFFER A REFUND!

ScamWill rip you off for products you won`t receive and will send you products you don`t expect to receive You get charged $4.95, then $then $for an e-magazine you do not want I have called them numerous times and they agreed to refund the $for the DrDivine Workout e-mag I tried to send the products back unopened and they refused both times I was charged two big charges over $each and they did refund them after I went several rounds with them I had already cancelled after I saw that $charge and I didn`t even know what it was forThey have told me now about four times I am going to receive my refund in 5-business days Well, it never comes I called again today X-XX-XXXX and got a rude female person that told me it would take days to refundThis-magazine is called DrDivine WorkoutGo figure on that! I was told there was a problem with the computer but "Oh yes Mam, You will receive a refund in 5-business days My bank even filed a complaint to them and I changed my debit card# Don`t ever give out your card # to these people or you will be charged MUCH more money than $ Even if you cancel within days I told the lady today that I did not expect to receive my money back from them She didn`t want to hear anything I had to say, they give you the run around and promises they don`t keep Stay away is my advice I would give them a zero, if I could and would never recommend them to anyone
