Review: I am the [redacted] of [redacted] on the Paris Luxe website.

Several months ago there was a change of ownership or management at Paris Luxe and the new management is dishonest, has not made several payments due to me and do not return calls or emails.

I have not been paid for several bookings. In fact currently there is a guest staying in the apartment and I have not been paid even a deposit when they are supposed to have paid me in full. The [redacted] does not respond. I have evidence they have had guests staying in the apartments for which I have never been paid. There have also been many damages to the apartment that they didnt inform me of and when I informed them they did not repair. One of the damages was a broken front door lock which left the apartment vulnerable for months and I only found out about it when I went to Paris to view the apartment.Desired Settlement: I want full payment for all bookings and settlement of charges for all damages incurred which are significant.
