I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
paris kirwan associates knew that all the cases done at [redacted] hospital were private cases not subject to employment agreement with [redacted]. mr [redacted] knew this and yet he sold the policy knowing that all clinical cases done at [redacted] are outside the employment agreement. then after all was said and done he now denies this fact. totally unethical.I was forced to hire a lawyer to defend my coverage which I had paid for. now he denies the coverage and [redacted] is trying to get out of indemnification. mr [redacted] has conveniently left out the detail that he knew the exact conditions under which he sold and underwrote this policy.again unethical for an insurance carrier. thank you
