We were able to get assistance with a leaking water heater on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend Brian Pwas there when he said he would be He was very professional, courteous and explained everything very thoroughly After replacing the water heater, he pointed out a corroded hose that will need attention soon We had hot water minutes later I would recommend Parham to anyone
