Review: I paid this company $300.00 dollars to help in my child support case. I spoke with a [redacted] supposedly at ext 101 he said he was working on it and I never heard back from him.

Now I call the number and its not accepting calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my $300.00 dollars back.

Review: I made a payment to this company thru a transfer to a chase account for $300.00 and signed a contract so they could help lower my child support and get me out of arrears before I paid Tra he would answer all the time and he would reply to text and emails. After I paid him he no longer answered my emails phones calls or texts when I texted him from my wife's phone he responded and said who is this I told him and he never replied back they won't answer at the office either this is a scam and now I can't get my money back especially since it wasn't a check or anything it was a transfer into his account since I have chase as well this is horrible and I will never recommended this company to anyone horribleDesired Settlement: I just want my $300.00 back ASAP

Review: I Paid $299.00 for documents detailing a payment plan that was supposed to be negotiated with my son and myself that was supposed to be submitted electronically to the New Mexico Child support agency case worker that is assigned to my son's case.I paid the $75.00 filing fee on december 9th of 2013.Parental Payments told my wife that the papers would be filed that day,and they needed the money right away so my wife payed it immediately.Upon checking with the NM Child support office in the middle of December 2013 they had not recieved any paperwork of talked to anyone from Parental Payments.I have called and emailed the company countless times to find out why they had not sent the documents or why they had not talked with us before hand to go over all the details in those documents before submission. I never got my copies of all the documents[redacted] is the office manager that we/I talked to mostly and he assured me he would personally draw up the documents and handle the negotiation with the NM child support agency.Go to their website and click on the tabs ,about us,our process and faq's and you will see the process that was supposed to be followed.My son has already started school and still no documents have been submitted and his Child support payments are the same and have not been reduced as promissed and his case has not changed.They do not call us back or answer the phone or email messages we leave.Desired Settlement: I want the company to fulfill their obligation.I want them to do what the said they were going to do right away.They have been paid in full for the service.We have been trying to get this completed since last September 2013
