The order was placed by me on the obituary site in the [redacted] Newspaper in Rochester, NY, on 11/18 for the 11/19 calling hours at [redacted] funeral home from 1-5pm. I clicked the icon that said Send Flowers. That was connected to [redacted] .com. That is part... of 1-800 [redacted] . They then must connect with a florist in the Rochester area. I have done this before and never had a problem. They must email the order to the florist and when I called 1-800 [redacted] they said they were working with Parent Florist. I had to purchase the order through 1-800 [redacted] but they must place the order and pay for it with the local florist. I called 1-800 [redacted] to report there were no flowers and they said the florist emailed back they delivered the flowers on 11/19 at 9:00 am. This never happened so I called back and I got reimbursed through 1-800 [redacted] . I talked to 1-800- [redacted] to discuss the fake florist and they may want to look into this case before using them again. The phone number keeps ringing, there is no florist at the address, as it is the US post office, and the website is fake, along with the email address. I want the fake florist to be charged with fraud but will have to call the police dept for that. I do want to report them to the RevDex.com as being fake so this does not happen to another person.
