PARDON APPLICATIONS OF CANADA are chaging $400.00 to get your court documents [redacted]. They do not have anyone to talk to to assit you with questions immeiatly you have to send then a email in order to get them to call you back in three to five bussynes days. [redacted]. I when to then for help to get my pardon and in the end because they di not like me questioning them, they cancelled my application charged me $180 + the money I paid for the fingerprinting to witch they keepted and never returned. [redacted].
do not use this service insted use the commisionairs they ony charge you $400 and aproch you with the repect you deserve.

I found that PAC was better informed than U.S. Customs regarding Waiver details. I did feel that the option to pay extra for Priority service was unnecessary.
