What a Joke! Because I graduated so long ago my transcript was on paper and appprently when Parchment took over when my college closed they are only handling transcripts that are altready digitized. Parchment sent a message saying "Your request has been placed on hold because we are unable to locate your academic record. Please check that the Name When Enrolled, Date of Birth and SSN (last 4 digits) are correct. Please visit support.parchment.com to provide additional information.

If your school approves your order, we will email you again. However, we recommend that you contact your school if you do not hear from us soon. We cannot send your document(s) until your school approves your order."

If your school approves your order? There is no school, you are the keeper of records. So you are not telling the truth.
Fortunately I paid with a credit card (thank you Citi) and I was able to dispute the charge.
