Parc at Mansfield

This unit was reviewed and no signs of mold were present. The painting of the waterstained area did not show signs of any issues. We did order the air quality test kits but recieved the wrong kits were recieved. We have ordered new kits and will follow through with the air quality
test to relieve this resident's concerns of health issues. The issue causing the water leaks was quickly corrected and there is no longer any kind of water penetration to the area involved. The cabinet had no warping or signs of being wet for a prolonged period of time. We are confident that this issue was completed without mishap
