I have called to ask questions about the processing, restrictions of medications, herbals and probiotics, all of which are not clearly explained in the hand out, including garlic and other food, which are not clearly spelled out, and the same office manager is always in a hu4rry, and acts like I am completely bothering him and at times rude. I called with other questions, regarding receipt for insurance purposes, and he has dismissed me before I can get any real clairity of my questions. He needs to be replaced with a knowledgable, yet with a professional who has good PR skills. The customer comes first and selling a good product depends not just on a good, reliable product, but good customer relations as well
