Paramount

In September of 2017 Paramount performed work in our home. They replaced all switches and outlets throughout house, replace existing dimmers, remove fan reo-stats on ceiling fans and replace with single switch, remove switch in living room and patch, install (2) customer supplied outdoor lights on separate switch, install (3) outside outlets, change existing front door light (customer supplied), move gutter to side of house on garage. When we were selling our house in 2019 the township inspection found multiple three prong type outlets in the structure had an open ground. This condition means that the third prong, also known as the ground prong, is not doing its job. This is often caused by a missing or disconnected ground connection at an electrical device in the circuit. When Paramount did the work in 2017 they never mentioned these issues that were brought to light in 2019 by the inspection done by Winslow Twp. that could have cost us the sale of our house. This work needed to be completed so that a CO could be completed. Paramount verbally agreed on 1/16/20 to repair the affected outlet(s) or replace with GFCI circuits so that the township could re-inspect the unit and distribute the new home owners a completed certificate of occupancy. Several phone calls & emails have been sent to Paramount which they have not replied or responded to and as of 2/23/20 this work is still not completed and the permanent CO has not been issued.
