Review: Contractor had said when replacing the windows that the old windows would be able to be reused. However the contractor destroyed the old windows. I called the contractor and he refused to respond to me. I had called the company he works for and they told me that they would have him contact me within a day or so but it has been around 2 months without a word from the company or their contractor. One of the new windows will not lock, and the screens do not stay in place they fall out.Desired Settlement: Would like to see the damaged windows replaced and the new windows fixed or replaced.

Paramount would like to respond the ID # 9593197. The project was scheduled on 3-7-13. The project included 4 windows to be replaced. The install option chosen was a full frame out install. The existing windows were removed from the home and in many cases the windows are unrecoverable. The damage to the windows due to the removal is very common because in this case like others the windows need to be cut out. There is nothing on the contract reflecting that the homeowner wanted to save the old windows. The issue with one of the windows not locking was resolved a while back. Paramount sent a installer out to adjust and fix the window. If it is not locking again we will send someone out again to take care of the issue. The screen problem will be fixed after we send them a new screen for warranty replacement.
