We have fixed the customer's nail twice upon her coming back to the shop regarding her initial complaintThe 3rd time that she came back to the store, she did not want to have her nails fix againThe customer stated that she wants a $refund
so that she can go to another shopWe agreed upon the request and refunded the customer before her complaint to the Revdex.comWe apologized for the inconvenience and we've done our job at the shop to ensure the best quality that we can, however we cannot be responsible for what is done after leaving the shopEvery customer has a different lifestyle and depending on the lifestyle it can affect the quality of the work done

Yes they gave me 7$ after I had been sitting there for a hour which I had a appointment befor I made it thereI Also made them awAre that other nails where coming off but had not come off yet and wanted my nails fixed properly because they left gaps and I just got them done I paid 30$I was advised that did not complete my set properly I have photos of their work and the salon which I ended up paying 20$ more dollars the following day because they where hanging onI can probide photos of their work and the salon that fixed my nails the following day

They should not come off the same week I get nails done my life doesn't effect my nails, I've been getting them done every month or every weeks is how long they should last

We have fixed the customer's nails to her liking numerous of times free of charge before giving her the refund of $7, after she caused a scene with other customers present in the shopWe lost time and money during the process of trying to satisfied the customerWe have been in this business for a long time and the lifespan of any full set varies from customer to customer
The customer spent $on the full setWe repaired her nails numerous of times and then gave her $back after she wanted to take her business elsewhereUpon the customer leaving the shop the final time, we cannot be further responsible for the customer
We feel that what we've done in this process is fair to both parties and that we fulfilled what we could to Ms*** as our customer
