I made an order Oct. 2nd. Paid $71.68 for it. This Dec 6 I have not received it, I have made several inquiries about it but never a response. Is this s real company ?

I place an order for the rechargeable rotating scrub brushes and have not received them From what I’ve read in the reviews, I’m guessing it’s unlikely that I will.

I ordered power cleaning brush on July 26, 2020. Have not received product or refund. They sent email weeks ago stating if I did not receive order by October 12, I would receive full refund $79. They will not respond to my emails anymore. I email them often.

I ordered the scrubbing brushes in June and haven't received them. I emailed several times and never received an answer. This is a scam, beware!

They charged my credit card $ 59.95 for a brush on 6/7/2020. As of today 10/8/2020, I have not received the product. Definitely a fraud.

I ordered the spin brush in June. It is now October 4th and I still have not received anything. They have already charged my account.
This is nothing but a scam company with no intention of delivering this product.
If I could give them a minus 10 I would.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS and more SCAMMERS! I ordered a Turbo Scrubbing Brush from them on September 14, 2020 and have yet to get my product or hear from them. I initially heard from them to say my order has been placed, other than that...crickets. I sent an email to their customer service e-mail and of course it bounced back because it all a hoax. Then they have Techs that advertise for immediate answers. You go onto their sight, they want you to sign up for $1.00 which they say is fully refundable.. (I DON'T BELIEVE THAT). Why charge a dollars if you only going to give it back? I need a contact number for this company, my merchandise or a refund. ([email protected]) If I could choose less than 1 star rating, I would.

I also ordered the scrub brush and never received it. The email I sent was not replied to and no phone number available. 60.00 rip off

I ordered a scrubber brush from this company on September 10, 2020. As of September 26, 2020, I have not heard from them. However, the product has been charged to my credit card. [email protected]. I tried to call many times, but the line is always busy.
I tried their customer service e-mail, and there is no such address, but they are still advertising on Facebook.

Ordered Ordered Turbo Spinning Scrubber Brush in June of this year. Never received it. Have had several emails with them telling me they’re going to refund my money it’s been over two months have not received the refund. It’s the same person responding over and over and they don’t supply a phone number either. Several people on Facebook have been ripped off as well.

I bought a set of interchangeable knitting needles from this company,
AKA eknittingneedles.com.
One of the cords broke while in use, I inspected the other cords and they are damaged. Emailed the company 3 times in the last 2 weeks, no response to this date.
I opened a dispute thru PayPal yesterday. Will see what happens there.
Will post another review after I get a resolution in this matter.

Review: I purchased an item from this company. I received it and gave it a try, and found it unsatisfactory.

as per instructions from the company I attempted to obtain a return conformation code. I e-mailed their customer service on the 11,14, and 17th of July 2015 . I attempted to contact customer service by phone four times. three times I was disconnected . the fourth time I was allowed to leave a voice mail . to date I have had no response to my e-mails or my voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a return conformation code so I can sent this item back and have my debit card credited for the $49.99 in a timely manor.

Review: I ordered a set of double point knitting needles from eKnittingNeedles.com and they sent me a crochet hook. I called and left messages EVERY SINGLE day for a week. I even wrote a couple of emails. I have not heard anything. No return calls, no return emails. I am extremely disgusted that I can pay for something and not get it.Desired Settlement: Initially all I asked was that they send my needles. I don't want them anymore. I want a refund. I have already purchased the needles elsewhere.
