enclosed please find all the documentation pertaining to this claim; clients made a reservation for this particular star hotel a Jr.Suite , they paid for and received the correct entry level room category which comes with a king size bed Or double bedsThey never called my Agency or even better never called [redacted] ( Tour Operator)about the mold problem or other issues on property.Mr [redacted] send me an email with a link to open a formal complaint against my business a few days ago, I reply on the same day requesting to submit it in pdf since I was unable to open it; He didn't do it , until I received your letter yesterday and believe me I was chocked .Also please find letter from T [redacted] explaining everything; We have no control over mold or leaks on property.Clients requested this hotel not us, and for my experience excellent property
