Review: I brought my vacuum in to Basics Plus to be repaired in October and the repair never happened. They charged my credit card for the repairs and then never gave me back my vacuum. Upon inquiring I was given your basic run-a-round for way too long to begin with until I threatened legal action. At that time, I was offered another vacuum of less value than the one I brought in for repairs. When I declined and said I just wanted my original, still broken vacuum back with a refund I was again given a run-a-round. I spoke with and have several emails back and forth from the ** of the store as well as his assistant with the same treatment. Even after I threatend legal action, which at this point I feel I am forced to take, I have still not received a phone call, nor my vacuum, nor any replacement vacuum. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The [redacted], as well as the management of the store are extremely unprofessional and inefficient. Its a shame such business is even in place.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my broken vacuum returned and my credit card refunded of the charges for a repair that never happened.

I called the customer a few times, left him messages - but he never got back to me.

I emailed him - but he never replied to my email.

We gave him a full refund and I also left him a message at work that his vacuum is ready to pick up at the store.
