For a company to blame a customer who had paid for their items and given the company every chance to make an order right not once, twice but numerous times and there response is what it is, doesn't say a whole lot about the integrity of this company and the people who work for it when you wait over days for items that are stock and you receive a follemail that says they will provide you with tracking, which was never providedAnd the fact that they shipped the items anyway, after I was told the postal service wasn't going to deliver them? In all just a bad experience glad to know that to this company the customer isn't held in there highest regard, and if you try calling them you almost always go to voicemailNot a company I will recommend anyone else to

This order was refunded BEFORE THIS CONPLAINT WAS FILED IN RESPONSE TO THE BUYERS EMAILThe buyer was responded to several times via email and was emailed a copy of the refund receiptTherefore, this complaint should not even been filed

The refund was not refunded until I put in a complaint with MY BANKI never received an email with a receipt of refundThat is a flat out lie! Company was very rude, and I have other customers contacting me about the same thing happening to themI filed my complaint with my bank on 5/17/and the refund was issued the next week when my bank notified me that the investigation was complete
