To Whom It may Concern: The prices are listed upon availability on the websiteIf the floorplan is unavailable it states “Contact for Availability” and under “Rent” it states “Call for Details”I accurately quoted the applicant $for rent of a newly renovated one bedroom, one bath apartment home before screening their applicationThey agreed by submitting their application, signing their application, and paying the application fee of $During their site visit I discussed the cost of all utilities for Sierra VistaI do this with every prospect and applicant, so that they are aware of the full cost to lease hereThe $holding deposit is to hold the apartment home for the applicant once they are approvedThe $holding deposit will credit towards the security deposit at move inIf a holding deposit is not placed at the time of approval, I cannot ensure that the apartment chosen will be available as it is not being held and could potentially still be leasedThe rental application fee of $is non-refundable whether the application is approved or deniedPreferred Employer Specials are only granted if the applicant leases. I am rejecting this response because: I guess that's why my co-workers and the people who have reviewed your apartment complex on [redacted] a third party website, speak so highly of your establishment.
I am rejecting this response because:She did not have her prices listed on the Sierra Vista website, it said "contact for information". When we first went in shed explained the rent was $925, the next day rent went up to $1000/per month not including water, sewage, trash, and utilities. After taking the $45 for the credit check, she informed us she had approved another person for the same apartment, and that if we wanted to secure it she needed $200 within the next few hours or she was going to not rent it to us, nor hold it until the next day. We then declined due to the fact that we believe $1000+ a month in just rent for a one bedroom apartment is outrageous and we felt that we were being taken advantage of due to the fact we were first time renters & young.
