Review: I was seen at PV hospital 09/2014. I received the bill and could not afford the 12 month payment plan originally suggested. My wife spoke with a representative 2/10/15 who submit for his manager to approve a $50 a month payment plan. She called 3/3/15 and received verbal confirmation the payment plan was approved. She also received verbal confirmation 3/10/15 the payment plan was approved. We received written confirmation dated March 31, 2015 my payment plan was approved and continued to make payments. On July 3, 2015 we received a letter in the mail stating the account was sent to collections. When calling today (July 6, 2015) My wife was told by the representative there were no notes in the account I was approved for the plan and in fact it was stated she was told it would not be approved. First, She was never told the payment plan wouldn't be approved. On multiple occasions She called the office and was told by every person She spoke to it was approved and made payments. Second, I have a letter from PV hospital stating the plan was approved the date of my first payment, the date of my last payment and the amount I was due to pay monthly. Today she was then transferred to the collection agency who holds my account now and was told there was nothing anyone could do for us besides set me up on a new, shorter (higher payment) plan.Desired Settlement: I would like to be put on my original payment plan of $50 a month that we can afford and I would like my account out of collections ASAP.
