Paradise Valley Ace Hardware

I purchased batteries for my cell phone. They did not function even after charging. Two(2) batteries where purchased with a debit card.
I returned the batteries the same day of purchase and was told I would have to wait six(6) days for my money. I asked for the cash and was told "sorry you'll just have to wait".
No where in the store is it posted that there are no cash refunds. According to the law I should receive cash back. This particular store does not offer the choice as required by law and again it is not posted at the register.
I asked for a manager and was given a phone number that does not answer and a voice mail box that is constantly full.
