Paradise Supply

In regards to the purchase made by [redacted] for a “Twister TTrimming – Dry or Wet'' from Paradise Supply Inc on October 7, Customer took machine home and could not figure out how to properly opperate the machineHe asked Coby a employee to help we stated we do not fix or repair the machine, Nor do we provide trainingWe then instructed [redacted] to contact Dalton which is a Rep for Twister and could help with the Problem [redacted] continued to have issues operating the machine and asked he could get a refund and return the machineWe then told him that we do not do returns on trimming machine, which says so on the bottom of all our receiptIf he need a refund he would have to contact the manufactureDalton then called us and ask if there was anything we could do to help this customer out.We told Dalton that if he reissued a check that we would receive the machine and ship it backOnce we recieved the check from Dalton, we reversed the charge and refunded the full amount of the check sent which was $we told [redacted] before the return that it would not be for the full amount because of the shipping and restocking fee that Twister had to pay to get the machine backWe dont make Commission at this storenor do we do returns we only did this because the Manufacture asked us not because of *** His return was thru them we simply received and ship the machine back
